When an insurance company refuses to pay your claim, we will ensure it pays your attorney fees when you win your case. Read one of our cases we took on appeal which clarified the law and prevented insurance companies from using improper tactics to avoid paying fees: Hartford v. O'Connor
We practice primarily personal injury law. We will also consider any case where an individual has been wronged by large business interests or governmental agencies. Depending on the circumstances, we sometimes accept these cases on a pro bono basis (without charge) or for a reduced fee, especially where individuals urgently need legal representation to protect their legal rights.
As an example, we successfully defended a young nurse when the State of Florida charged her with abuse and neglect after a patient's death. Our investigation quickly indicated the State was looking for a scapegoat in trying to hold this young woman responsible. You may read the judge's decision here.
As another example, we successfully sued a large national bank who refused to reimburse our disabled client the monies stolen from his ATM account by his care giver, despite Federal Law mandating banks are responsible for money taken from ATM machines without authorization.
Our goal is to help people in need of quality legal representation.
